You will be liable for any harm or damage caused to BP; its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors; or any third party, due to your breach of the Terms.

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.

BP respects the intellectual property of others and asks users of the Website to do the same. BP may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The Terms constitutes the entire agreement between you and BP and governs your use of the Website, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and BP with respect to the Website.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. The Terms and the relationship between you and BP shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of courts of England and Wales with respect to any claims arising from the Terms or your use of the Website.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY. The failure of BP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms, or any part of a provision of the Terms, is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision or part thereof, such provision or part thereof shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, and the other provisions or part(s) thereof of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
